- Medi-Cal managed care
Blue Shield Promise, Health Net Community Solutions, L.A. Care Health Plan, Molina Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal. These plans cover low-income adults, families, children, seniors, and people with disabilities through the California Medicaid program.
- Medicare Advantage
Alignment Health Plan, Anthem Blue Cross Medicare Advantage, Brand New Day, Health Net Medicare Advantage, SCAN Health Plan, UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage. These plans combine Medicare Parts A and B, often with Part D drug coverage.
- Commercial (employer & individual)
Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, Health Net Commercial, UnitedHealthcare. Plans purchased through an employer or Covered California marketplace. Call your insurer or HR department to confirm BestCare IPA network participation for your specific plan tier.

How to verify your coverage
- Check the back of your insurance card
Your card lists the plan name and network. Look for BestCare IPA or an affiliated network name in the provider directory section.
- Call Member Services
Our team can look up your plan and confirm in-network status within minutes. Have your member ID and group number ready when you call.
- Use your plan's online directory
Log in to your insurance plan's website and search for providers by zip code. BestCare IPA network providers will appear as in-network.
